Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample free onsite parking at Cherry Valley Hotel. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Cherry Valley so grab a good parking spot and get ready to enjoy a night of celebration.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we will have a hotel block reserved at Cherry Valley Hotel so that guests can stay onsite! You will need to book over the phone in order to get the hotel block rate of $159 per night. Make sure to mention you are a part of the Scotece/Roberts Wedding when you book. We strongly recommend our wedding party and any non-local guests reserve a room since our venue roughly 40 min from Columbus.

What is the Expected Attire?

Answer

This is a semi-formal event so tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses. However, guests are strongly encouraged to wear a shade of pink (Maggie's favorite color) to the reception. Note: We are blessed to have a community of people with a variety of rich cultural traditions. We would be honored if anyone felt called to wear wedding or formal cultural attire from their cultural traditions. Please do not feel pressured to conform to white western definitions of "formal" if that does not reflect your culture or traditions. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

What time Should Guests Arrive?

We ask that guests plan to arrive at 4:45pm as music will begin promptly at 5pm.
