Can I bring a guest?

We are unable to accommodate plus ones, unless specifically named on invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your children, only a small number of children will be invited. Please be sure to check your invitation, if your child is named on the invitation, they are welcome.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, the dress code is formal attire.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue 10-15 minutes early. We only have the ceremony location for a short time, and we would prefer people not walk in late!

Both! The ceremony is outdoors and the reception is indoors!

Will transportation be provided?

No, please plan ahead for your own transportation.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, there is parking available at both venues.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar for majority of the night! Just not during dinner.

Are there hotel room blocks available for guests?

Answer

Yes, we will have hotel room block available for guests at The Staybridge Suites in Rockford.

When is the RSVP deadline?

July 1st, 2026. Please also make sure you have chosen your meal by that date as well!

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be plated, and you will need to choose your dinner. Each save the date and invitation will have a URL that leads to our website where you will RSVP and choose your meal.

Are there accessibility accommodations?

Yes there will be a golf cart shuttle from the front of the building at the ceremony to the seating as well as elevators at the reception.
