What should I wear?

Answer

Everyone please have fun and show up in your best earth toned semi formal attire! Forest green, Burnt orange, Black, Brown, Sage, Burgundy, Dark beige are all preferred. Please stay away from white during the ceremony.

Will there be options for other diets?

Answer

Yes of course! For the main course we will have a meat, seafood, and vegan meal. There will also be plenty of vegan options for the snack table as well as the desserts!

What day can I arrive?

Answer

This will be weekend optional! Those who want to hang out, celebrate, and help organize the final details can show up Friday afternoon and stay til Sunday if desired. Guests showing up for the ceremony on Saturday can arrive as early as 2pm for the 3pm ceremony and the official event goes til 8pm. Sunday will be laidback and causal! We’ll have coffee and breakfast as we wake up. There are plenty of fun things to do in town before you pack up and hit the road. Anyone wanting to join the bride and groom for a trip to the beach may join, but feel free to break off into groups and explore Coos Bay!

What types of drinks will be provided?

Answer

We’ll have a drink cart with two signature cocktails and two mocktails for after the ceremony. There will also be a cooler filled with bubbly water, wine, beer, and various sodas during the weekend. BYOB optional. If you want to bring anything for yourself or to share you are encouraged, but the main source will be provided.

If I’m camping where can I get ready for the ceremony?

Answer

For all our campers please make sure to bring whatever toiletries you’ll need to get ready in your tent. We will also provide a portable toilet on property for your convenience.

Are we allowed inside the house?

Answer

Out of respect for the homeowners please use the amenities provided outside unless you are a direct family member (unless told otherwise)

Do I need to bring my own food?

Answer

We will be providing plenty of food Saturday after the ceremony and Sunday morning for breakfast. So please be sure to bring whatever you would like to eat or snack on during those other times. There is a grocery store near by and plenty of restaurants in town. For those camping you are also welcome to bring your own camping stove if you want to cook!

Should I let you know if I want to camp?

Answer

Please! We will need a head count for all our happy campers so we can plan accordingly! In your rsvp notes please say if you’re planning on camping.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will ask you to keep this ceremony phone free please! We will have someone taking photos so just sit back and enjoy the ceremony. After the main event is over please feel free to take your phones out and snap away!

Where’s the wedding registry?

Answer

We will not have a wedding registry. We acknowledge it will cost time and money to make this event so nothing will be expected. If you would like to bring a gift we will not refuse but you attending is enough of a gift! We will also take borrowing supplies as a gift! We’re collecting chairs, tables, platters, etc. please reach out if you would like to contribute.
