Arrival for friends and prep teams
2:00 pm
Friday is a completely optional day. This time will be carved out for those who want to come early to help prep food, decorate, and finalize all the last minute details with the bride and groom. Arriving Friday would also be great for those who would like to camp. Saturday will be jam packed and there will not be a lot of time to set up your tent until the festivities end in the evening.

Welcome Event
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Please arrive from 2:00pm - 2:30pm so you have plenty of time to settle in before the wedding ceremony begins
Wedding
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
The ceremony will be short and sweet, but please arrive at least 30 minutes to an hour early to settle in before the ceremony begins.
Intermission
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
This time is meant to mingle get drinks and snack before dinner is served
Dinner
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Reception
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Hang out! All the scheduled activities have come to an end. This time you can take to relax, snack, laugh, and play games! Enjoy soaking up all the festivities.

Sunday sightseeing

Although the weekend has come to an end, the fun doesn't have to stop here! After breakfast those who want to go sightseeing may! The bride and groom will be planning a trip to the beach, but there are so many fun activities in Coos Bay to check out!
