Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch
We go here on walks occasionally. The scenery is beautiful and it a nice natural sanctuary within the city. This is where Matt proposed. If you walk by the water, there is a small bridge overlooking the lake. We were looking at the ducks when he went on one knee.
Desert Botanical Garden
We like plants, so we go here sometimes. It's quite a walk with so many different plants and wildlife. The last time we went, we went with flashlights! It was a nighttime special and was a very unique experience.
Rodizio Grill - Mesa
Matt took me here before he proposed to me. We left very full! It's an all you can eat meat heaven. They bring around meat on swords! Pairing the grilled pineapple with all the meats is one of our favorite things so get double pineapple when they come around!
Mekong Palace Dim Sum Chinese Restaurant
Magda's Favorite Dim Sum Place. They bring the food around in carts but don't let your heart be too greedy. Bring more people so you can sample more!
Junn All You Can Eat Sushi
We go here on dates when we want to be fat. The uni tastes like essence of the ocean and they have great roll options!
Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken
The best fried chicken we've ever had. A bit pricey though.
