Ceremony
9:00 am - 9:30 am
Yosemite National Park, CA 95389
Dress code: casual summer wedding attire. You will be photographed and it will be hot. Cory and I don't mind how you dress except that you are comfortable (PLEASE bring comfortable shoes). There is no theme or expectations from us other than that :)
1) It will be hot, make sure you bring sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, anything to make you comfortable. We will have water for everyone to ensure everyone stays hydrated but pack anything you personally may need 2) There is no seating. Park restrictions only allow chairs for elderly/handicapped. 3) If you plan to explore the park after photos, make sure you bring your change of clothes and supplies with you. We will part ways after 10am and meet back up at the air bnb for our celebration 4) We are only guaranteed 6 parking spots at the ceremony location. We will likely have to carpool and coordinate who wants to stay in the park vs who doesn't.
Small Celebration + Photos with Guests
9:30 am - 10:00 am

1) We will be on a strict schedule as we only have a limited amount of time with the photographer. 30 minutes is what we have to take these photos and hang out after the ceremony. 2) We will have some snacks and drinks with us for guests but please bring more food with you to eat after the ceremony. Tables will be in the picnic area but we likely will have to eat standing and/or in our cars since we don’t have those reserved. 3) Please make sure to give the photographers space to do what they need to do. 4) After we finish with photos, Cory and I will be leaving to continue photographing around the park just us two! We will meet everyone back at the air bnb in time for the reception.
Reception

1)Air bnb link: https://www.airbnb.com/l/LBbBfWLx?s=67&unique_share_id=4c73419e-7a94-427d-be87-d7bf618bdae8 (address will be provided to us closer to the wedding) 2) If you plan to stay in your own hotel, Oakhurst, CA is the city we are staying in. 3) PLEASE do not bring alcohol not approved by Cory & I. We have chosen to not have excess alcohol at our reception. We will have non-alcoholic drinks and some champagne for a toast. We truly appreciate everyone for respecting our wishes. 4) There is no smoking on the property/nearby. There is also no street parking. All cars may not fit on the property and some may need to be parked in town. 5) We have the air bnb Sunday-Tuesday. Check-in is 4pm on Sunday July 20 and check-out is 11am Tuesday July 22. 6) Food: Homemade birria, Mexican rice, spicy pork beans, and some macaroni salad. Please feel free to bring anything you'd like to eat as well. We will also have Porto's desserts.
