Maid of Honor
We basically grew up together. From girl scouts, to crazy bands trips, graduation parties, and surprise visits across states, we've been the dynamic sisters from different misters. “Maegan became one of my first friends when I moved to Texarkana, and now she’s the sister I never had. We complement each other is so many ways. We’ve experienced almost our whole lives together. Sixteen (?!) years of friendship that’s survived the drama of growing up, endless memories of summer band camp, singing show tunes, eating Chinese food, keeping secrets, traveling the world together, and now the exciting new chapter of a wedding! I’m looking forward to celebrating both Maegan & Chris and enjoying the excitement of this new journey!”

There is nothing quite like the relationship between sisters, especially ones who don't fight. My wedding day wouldn't be complete without my partner in crime and first friend, my little sister Rachel. “I know what everyone must be thinking "oh, she must have felt obligated to have her as a bridesmaid, she's just her sister," but we're more than that, or at least I hope it's not just becuase she felt she had to! ;) I've been so lucky to have Maegan in my life. I can honestly say she's one of my best friends. She's great at giving advice, putting up with my craziness; she just gets me. From music, musicals, tv shows, and general nerdiness, I know exactly who to call to rant to or laugh with. I love you to the moon and back Maegan and I couldn't be happier for you."

Sometimes you randomly stumble upon people who are going to be a big part of your life and Gabby is one of those. Bonding over ASL, silly movies, and all things adorable, Gabby and I became fast friends. From our regularly scheduled dinner dates to our late night vents, we learned how to get through life in Denton together. “Moving to Denton was a little hard for me because it's always difficult to make friends as a huge introvert. It's always nice when you find someone you instantly click with. Maegan was that person for me. We bonded over Beth Marie's and ASL and our friendship blossomed from there. Our time in Denton together holds so many beautiful memories that I will always cherish. Chris and her are amazing together and I am beyond excited to see them tie the knot! Love you both!”

Brooke and I first met several years ago when her "Christopher" first introduced us. She quickly became one of my first friends in Shreveport and the first wedding Chris and I went to together (congrats on over four years now!). Being one of Chris's best friends meant she instantly became a friend of mine. “Maegan and I know each other through my best friend Christopher! Chris and I went to high school together but really became close our first year at LSU together. I first met Maegan while he was home visiting his family. I could tell instantly she was just the right woman to rein him in! I’m so excited my best friend found someone to spend the rest of his life with and that I get to join you both of your special day!”

Groomsman
We had a weird start to our friendship. Technically we’ve known each other since middle school, but didn’t really hang out until senior year of high school when we found out we lived just a few houses down from one another. However this didn’t spark the bromance that we have today. Chris left for LSU while I stayed back at BPCC. That summer a mutual friend of ours invited Chris out and we just chewed the fat for hours. It was kinda like the movie Step Brothers, "Did we just become best friends?....Yep!" Ever since then we’ve been inseparable, sharing many beers and laughs and even crying on each other’s shoulder when needed. I'm honored to be a part of wedding for my best friend and the person that could not be more perfect for him. And don't worry Chris, Tuesday will always be our thing.

Chris and I met at LSU in Baton Rouge when he decided to join our fraternity. While we did not hang out too often while studying in Baton Rouge, we became much closer when we both transferred to LSU-Shreveport, both majoring in biology. Nothing brings people closer together than botany and botany lab midterm exams.

When I think of the first time I met Chris, ten years ago now, three words come to mind immediately: loyalty, respect & acceptance. Chris always reaches out to me through the differences in distance & lifestyle. He shows loyalty repeatedly as he continues his march through medical school. As a matter of acceptance & respect he always invites me regardless of crazy schedules. But that’s who Chris is. I have nothing but respect for him due to this sincere gesture. He is someone I consider a blessing to call brother & best friend. I was overjoyed when he proposed to Maegan. I consider her, not only Chris’s fiancé, but a loyal & respected confidant. I pray for your marriage & life together. I have nothing but love for you guys & am honored & grateful to be part of your special day.
