We’re going with dressy casual here guys. No need for formal dresses, but please no ripped jeans or t shirts. Be comfortable enough to dance! Also be aware, it’s March. So it might be 45 degrees but it might be 80. Check the weather and plan accordingly as the ceremony is outdoors.
Please plan for a babysitter. We love the little ones as much as anyone else, but herding children out of the woods is a challenge for any parent. Please message the bride or groom prior to RSVPing if you have children under the age of ten.
Well duh! We will be providing heavy hors d’oeuvres and cake! We will do our best to provide a couple options for all of our friends so if you have a special dietary concern, please let us know well in advance.
There are two designated smoking areas for our guests. They are both clearly marked. One will be up by the gravel parking lot and one is on the blacktop by the men’s restroom. This area is available for cigars, cigarettes, and vaping. Please place all cigarette butts in appropriate cans or the bridal party may kick yours. If you throw it in the fire pits or on the ground you will be found and strung up by your toes.

The ceremony starts at 5pm. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to have time to park and travel to the ceremony site.
We do not have transportation to the venue, but for our guests with physical limitations and mobility concerns, we will have a golf cart to travel from the parking lot to the ceremony site.
