What should I wear?

Answer

We’re going with dressy casual here guys. No need for formal dresses, but please no ripped jeans or t shirts. Be comfortable enough to dance! Also be aware, it’s March. So it might be 45 degrees but it might be 80. Check the weather and plan accordingly as the ceremony is outdoors.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Please plan for a babysitter. We love the little ones as much as anyone else, but herding children out of the woods is a challenge for any parent. Please message the bride or groom prior to RSVPing if you have children under the age of ten.

Is there food?

Answer

Well duh! We will be providing heavy hors d’oeuvres and cake! We will do our best to provide a couple options for all of our friends so if you have a special dietary concern, please let us know well in advance.

Is smoking allowed on the premise?

Answer

There are two designated smoking areas for our guests. They are both clearly marked. One will be up by the gravel parking lot and one is on the blacktop by the men’s restroom. This area is available for cigars, cigarettes, and vaping. Please place all cigarette butts in appropriate cans or the bridal party may kick yours. If you throw it in the fire pits or on the ground you will be found and strung up by your toes.

Are you taking song requests for the reception?

Of course! We are working on a playlist now so shoot a message to the couple or the bridal party and we’ll try to add yours in!

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We are at the Hilton Garden Inn by the Texarkana Convention Center. Please see the travel page for more information.

Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

Answer

They will both be at Garrison Gardens! Their address is: 370 MC 509 Texarkana, AR.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5pm. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to have time to park and travel to the ceremony site.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

We do not have transportation to the venue, but for our guests with physical limitations and mobility concerns, we will have a golf cart to travel from the parking lot to the ceremony site.

When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

Please RSVP on our wedding website by January 15th. If you have trouble with the link please contact the bride or groom.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our catering and guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate guests specifically listed on your invitation. If you have any questions please contact the bride or groom.

May I take pictures or post on social media?

Answer

We politely ask that cell phones be put away for the ceremony to allow our photographers best access to the best shots! But once we move on the reception it’s a go! Take all the pics you want. If you’d like to post on social media feel free to tag us and/or use our hashtag #mccullermehappy
