Welcome Party

7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

With loved ones joining us from near and far, we’re thrilled to host a Welcome Party to kick off the celebration—at the very place where Michael and I shared our first date. Michael is a big music lover and has been growing his record collection since we started dating. We’d love to surprise him by asking you to bring your favorite record to the welcome party. We’re creating a collection made up of our favorite people’s favorite music - and yours definitely belongs there. A heartfelt thank you to the Hagerty family for generously hosting this event. It means the world to be surrounded by such a wonderful community the evening before the big day. Dress Code: Semi-Formal

Wedding

1:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Ceremony: St. Ann's Parish | Reception: The Hermitage Hotel

We kindly request black tie attire, with pastel shades preferred—feel free to go all out! A dress code board on our website offers inspiration. Wear something you can dance in, as ties and heels may come off. Please avoid blue and navy, reserved for family and the bridal party. Navy suits for men are welcome.

We’re excited to share that the dinner will feature four entrée options for the plated service: Prime Beef Tenderloin with Merlot Jus, Roasted Free-Range Chicken Breast, Pan-Seared Salmon with Sauce Vierge, and Truffled Mushroom Gnocchi, which will serve as our vegetarian option. A quick note: the chefs will begin preparing meals the morning of the wedding and cannot accommodate different cooking temperatures for the beef. Michael and I prefer a medium‑rare to medium preparation; if you typically enjoy your beef well done, we recommend choosing one of the other entrées. When you RSVP, please be sure to indicate the meal selection for each guest in your party. If anyone has dietary restrictions, include those as well—we’ll coordinate with the catering team to accommodate whenever possible. Thank you!

Ceremony at St. Ann's Parish

2:00 pm - 3:15 pm

This will be a traditional Catholic wedding Mass, and as such, you can expect the ceremony to last between an hour and an hour and a half. We kindly ask that you be respectful in both your attire and demeanor throughout the service. For your convenience, the doors to the parish will open to guests at 1:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive at the parish no later than 1:45 PM for the ceremony, as parking at the parish is limited and guests will have to park in the overflow lot across the street from St. Ann’s. If you are not receiving Communion, you are still warmly invited to come forward for a blessing from our priest—and dear friend—Father Fye. Michael first introduced me to St. Ann’s Parish, which, serendipitously, is just two blocks from my home in Nashville. Father Fye has been a phenomenal community leader and a grounded, thoughtful advisor during our time here, and we’re honored to have him officiate our wedding.

Cocktail Hour

4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Cocktail hour will begin at 4 PM in both the lobby and The Veranda of The Hermitage Hotel, featuring passed specialty cocktails and an open bar for all guests to enjoy. You’re welcome to explore the hotel during this time, including its elegant downstairs restaurant and bar, Drusie & Darr. For those interested in a bit of sightseeing, the Capitol buildings are located just across the street and make for a lovely stroll.

Reception

5:30 pm - 10:30 pm

The Hermitage Hotel Grand Ballroom
231 6th Avenue North, Nashville, TN 37219

Following cocktail hour, guests will be invited into The Grand Ballroom, located directly across from the lobby, for the main celebration. A plated dinner, tableside wine, and passed hors d'oeuvres will be served to all guests—accompanied by a live band, speeches from close family members and friends, and plenty of dancing! As a note, the open bar will close once dinner service begins. At that time, wine will be passed at the tables to ensure guests don’t need to leave the ballroom for refills. The bar will reopen after the meal is complete.

Grand Exit

10:30 pm - 11:00 pm

After Party

10:30 pm

Laney Wilson's Bell Bottoms Up on Lower Broadway
120 3rd Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37201

For those looking to keep the night going, head to Lainey Wilson’s Bell Bottoms Up and make your way to the basement for Bayou Keys—a dueling pianos bar known for high‑energy live music and a fun cocktail menu. Bayou Keys is open until 1:00 AM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Bell Bottoms Up is located on Lower Broadway, just a three‑block walk down 6th Avenue North from The Hermitage Hotel, or an easy Uber ride with friends. If you’re visiting from out of town and want the quintessential Nashville experience, check out Broadway hotspots like Jason Aldean’s Rooftop Bar, Tootsies Orchid Lounge, Morgan Wallen’s This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen, and Luke Combs’ Category 10. For a personal favorite, you’ll likely find me closing the night with my dad at Ms. Kelli’s Karaoke Bar. September is peak tourist season, so expect lively crowds. As a note, we’re currently working on securing tables at Bayou Keys since the event is still a few months away. More details to come!
