When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible. Please click on the RSVP tab to give your invite response. Once that is done, you'll be able to see the detailed schedule of the day under the "Our Plans" tab.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please just be sure to let us know & we will be more than happy to accommodate. We already plan to have plenty of vegetarian & vegan options.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Uber/Lyft will be needed for anyone who plans to stay at The Kensington or The DoubleTree Hotels. The Residence Inn is only 900 ft from our venue...so hopefully it’ll be a short pleasant walk with no rides required! As for any guests who plan to stay at The Kensington or The DoubleTree Hotel, Uber/Lyft will be needed to get to the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Unfortunately there is limited free parking at the venue. However, there is a parking structure across the street & street parking all around. But, we recommend Uber/Lyft to get you back to your hotel/home safely!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Preferably 30 min before the ceremony begins. We will have limited seating for the ceremony so please that into consideration when choosing your arrival time. There will be access to the bar before taking your seat & the festivities begin.
