What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The prelude and seating will begin at 4:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire please. Cocktail dresses for the ladies and suits and ties for the men. Evenings can get cool. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, but dinner and the reception will take place inside. Please plan accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have discounted room blocks at the Courtyard by Marriott as well as the Residence Inn. See the Travel tab for more information and to book your stay. It will be a busy weekend in Boulder with CU playing their opening game on Thursday night, so we recommend booking early for the best possible rates.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Yes, there is ample, paved parking for all guests at The Chateaux.

What time is the cocktail hour? Dinner?

Answer

Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served from 5:30pm - 6:30pm, followed by a buffet dinner.

What type of food and drink will be served?

Answer

There will be both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available throughout the evening. Hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour, and the reception includes a buffet dinner. Gluten free and vegetarian options will be available. All items will be peanut free.
