The Ven at Embassy Row is a recently renovated Marriott hotel on the same block as the Cosmos Club. You may click on the link below to book your room with our reduced rate. Once you click on the link, please select the preferred dates and then select "Check Availability" in order to view the blocked rooms. Rooms must be booked by April 1, 2022. Shuttle
April 23, 2022 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Shuttle buses will be running from the Cosmos Club and The Ven to the front gates of Georgetown University (37th & O Streets NW) to bring guests to the ceremony. These shuttles will then bring guests back to the Cosmos Club for the reception to follow. As parking around Georgetown can be difficult, we encourage guests to take advantage of the provided shuttles. Guests who are flying in will not need to rent a car.
Flight
Washington, D.C. has multiple airports (IAD, DCA, and BWI), however DCA is the closest to downtown DC and is a short 15 minute taxi ride away from the festivities.
Rental Car
Rental cars will not be necessary. There are plenty of taxi/Uber/metro options from local airports and there will be shuttle service provided to the ceremony in Georgetown and from Georgetown to the reception at the Cosmos Club.
