Our dress code is Winter Semi-Formal. We have included some inspiration at the top of the page. Ladies - we know you have them, but please leave the jeans at home. We are aiming to look our best, and we hope that you join us. Keep in mind that Wyoming winters can be unpredictable and cold, so bring a warm coat if the forecast calls for it. The layout of the venue will require some walking outside. Closed-toe shoes/boots are recommended in case of snowy conditions. It may go without saying, but please no white!
On the “Registry” page of this website, you will find any registry lists and links we have created.
We ask that all RSVPs, both yes and no, are answered by December 1st.
The ceremony start time is set for 3:00pm. We ask that our guests be seated by no later than 2:50pm. Guests may be denied entrance once the clock strikes 3:00. Due to unpredictable Wyoming winter weather, please allow yourselves enough time to reach the venue site by 2:45 at the latest. Guests may start arriving around 2:00pm.
We would love for everyone to be able to join us, but we are keeping our day intimate with our closest friends and family. When you go to RSVP, everyone invited in your party will be listed. If there isn’t a specific name or a plus one listed, unfortunately that person is not included in our guest count. It’s never easy to make these kinds of decisions. We hope that you understand, and we look forward to seeing you on our special day!
As we have chosen a more intimate guest list, only children listed explicitly by name on the RSVP have been asked to attend. We love all of the children in our lives, but we are keeping the little ones to those we consider to be family. We understand that this may require additional arrangements, but we hope you can still join us! We just ask that our small friends who will be in attendance are on their best behavior.
