What do I need to know?

Answer

The wedding ceremony is held on Sunday, September 1 at The Abbey Resort, located in Fontana-On-Geneva-Lake, WI. Arrive by 5:45 PM. Ceremony will start at 5:00 PM. Cocktail hour will follow immediately after the ceremony at 5:45p. The reception will start 7:00p and go through midnight. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be located in the same area. No need to worry about getting lost!

What if I can't make it?

Answer

As much as we would love you to join us, we understand not everyone may be able to attend. Please let us know by using the "RSVP" tab on the website

Will there be open bar?

Answer

Yes. Open bar includes the below times: Welcome party (Saturday): 7:00p-8:30p Cocktail hour (Sunday): 5:45p-6:45p Reception (Sunday): 7:15p-11:45p

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, as well as the cocktail hour. The reception will be indoors. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved indoors.

What should I wear?

Answer

We want you to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible. If possible, we would like it if you dressed in cocktail attire. FYI: Ceremony is in grass. Please plan accordingly if wearing heels. If still doing so, we would recommend wedges or protectors over stiletto's so you do not sink or aerate the ground.

Can I bring guests not noted on my invitation?

Answer

As we would love to accommodate our family and friends, we are constrained by the number of people that can attend. As a result, we ask to not bring those not included on the invitation.

Can I attend the wedding rehearsal on Saturday?

Answer

We plan to have an intimate rehearsal with the bridal party and immediate family, with a short dinner immediately following. There will be a "welcome party" for any and all of our invited guests the night before, starting at 7:00p at the Harbor Patio/Lawn

Where should I stay if I am staying overnight?

Answer

There are multiple options for you to chose from! We have a room block (refer to code "11U2QH" or the Pike/Kohl wedding) if you choose to stay at The Abbey Resort. Outside of the resort, there are other hotel options, as well as options such as AirBnb. Please refer to the "Travel" tab on the website for more information.
