Kilmainham Gaol
Historic jail used by the British as a political prison - today a museum that tells a moving story of the suffering of the Irish people. 7 minute drive from the Hyatt Hotel or 15 minute drive from Buswell Hotel. Unfortunately not very walkable.
Trinity College Dublin
Take a tour of Ireland's most famous school and library! 19 minute walk and 5 minute drive from the Hyatt Hotel! A 4 minute drive or 7 minute walk from Buswell Hotel.
Temple Bar
Dublin's rowdiest neighborhood, with shops, cafes, theaters, galleries, pubs and restaurants. A great spot for live (but touristy) traditional music! 16 minute walk and 5 minute drive from the Hyatt Hotel! 16.minute walk or 11 minute drive from the Buswell Hotel.
St Stephen's Green

O'Connell Street Upper

St Patrick's Cathedral

Jameson Distillery Bow St.
Come learn more about Jameson and how the whiskey is made! Enjoy a tasting of the different types of Jameson! Of note, this is not an active distillery anymore if you would like to see where the whiskey is actually made you will have to visit Midleton, Ireland! The one in Dublin is just a 19 minute walk or 4 minute car ride from the Hyatt Hotel! 30 minute walk or 11 minute drive from the Buswell Hotel.

Come see where the famous Jameson whiskey is actually made! It is a 3 hour drive South of Dublin!
Cliffs of Moher
Visit the infamous Cliffs of Moher with breathtaking views! About a 3.5 hour drive to the West of Dublin! There are many tour groups offered that provide transportation and is how we first visited the Cliffs of Moher back in 2019!
Galway
Go visit one of the historic cities in Ireland! Known for it history and charm and potentially Christmas market while we are visiting in November! About a 2 hour drive to the West of Dublin! It is also very accessible via train!
Ring of Kerry
Travel the infamous Ring of Kerry. It’s a road that takes you through 10,000 years of dramatic history. It’s a road that takes you from deep forest to the crashing waters of the wild Atlantic. It’s a road through rugged, majestic landscapes: where wild stag roam and where tumbling waterfalls crash into crystal streams teeming with wild salmon. This is located about 4 hours outside of Dublin! If you do not want to drive, you can train to Killarney and catch a tour from there.
