Sarah found me crying in my cubicle once, and invited me out to lunch. (Hazards of adulthood, am I right?) We bonded, and four years later, she's still giving me advice (and tacos)!

When Steve and I first started dating, Travis - and all of Steve's friends - didn't believe that I existed. (Hey - two tunnels and a bridge between us is a big deal for relationships in the Burgh!) It took some time, but I made it out to Travis' farm, and proved how real I was when I walked face-first into the closed screen door. Travis accepted me with kind laughter, open arms, and has gone above and beyond to make me feel like part of the crew.

For 20+ years, Bethany and I have helped each other face relationships, colleges, different states, and forest wildlife. (Literally - ask her about the time I saved her from a porcupine.)

Steve and Dustin met when they signed up for tee-ball. Sweet little Steve walked right up to Dustin and the coach (Dustin's dad), and said "My name is Stephen Jon Taylor, sir!”. Dustin got a good laugh out of it, and they've been friends ever since!

The night I got to meet this sweet girl for the first time, was also the night that her almost-Uncle Steve was asking for my dad's blessing on our marriage. We love this sweet niece-y of ours, and couldn't be more thrilled that she'll be part of our day!

The best moment of Steve's life (aside from when I said yes to his proposal) might have been the day when a then-three-year-old Grace looked at him and said "Steve, we're friends now!". (He had only been trying to get her approval for her entire life.)
