Kayla Templeton

Matron of Honor

Kayla may just be the reason Robert and I are together today. We met at ASU, both studying to be teachers. We became fast friends and now it’s hard picturing my life without her. Little did I know my future husband had been one of her best friends since junior high. Without her approval, he and I may have never gone on a first date! She has ALWAYS been there for me, even sitting out on the lawn, in the sun for hours for my favorite country singer. She’s such a gem, and I feel so thankful to be a part of her life. I can’t wait to have her by my side, holding my bouquet, on our big day.

Ashley Matsko

Bridesmaid

Ashley and I have been best friends since high school. We found each other in our awkward freshman stage and were pretty much inseparable ever since. We went to ASU together, and I got to watch her find her Prince Charming as we approached our college graduation. Her prince swept her away to New Mexico, but we never let the miles come between us. I knew I could always pick up the phone and we would end up right where we left off. Ashley is my soul sister, and I feel beyond blessed to have a friendship that is stronger than the years and miles. I couldn’t say I do without her standing with me.

Alana Abrams

Bridesmaid

Alana and I met our first years in Mesa at O’Connor elementary. I can easily say that she is my Teacher Bestie, but our friendship extends well beyond the work place. Alana has the biggest heart and always puts others before herself. We have laughed, cried, and vented about our classes on the daily. She is one of my best friends, my favorite form of therapy, and my forever margarita date. I’m so happy to have her as a part of our special day.

Kandace Reyes

Bridesmaid

ASU brought Kandace to me as well. We were all forced together in all the same classes, so it was either make friends or have a terrible college experience. I am happy to say we chose the first. Kandace and I's friendship has grown immensely since our days at ASU, and I feel so honored to have been a part of her wedding as well as getting to love on her two little girls. I will always admire Kandace for her strength and honesty. She’s the kind of friend every woman needs, and I am so lucky to call her one of mine.

Michaelah Castle

Bridesmaid

Another sun devil for life, Michaelah and I met at the teacher’s college at ASU. We found common ground in our shared faith and could count on the other for prayer when it was needed. I am happy to say our friendship has continued to grow as the years have passed. I've watched Michaelah find her happily ever after in her first love, Tater, and her second love, Justin. She is someone who you can always count on to make you laugh and can market any Amazon daily deal. She is such a ray of sunshine, and I am beyond excited to have her be a part of our big day.

Megan Laney

Bridesmaid

Megan and I met in college, but again truly grew close after graduation. We were able to student teach at the same Mesa school and were fortunate enough to be teammates for a year at Wilson Elementary. I can honestly say I would not have survived that year of teaching without Megan. With a nightmare of a principal, we really had to rely on each other. I had the honor of standing with her on her wedding day as well, and am excited that she gets to return the favor later this year.

Sean Hill

Best Man

If you know me, you most definitely know Sean. We didn't really have much of a choice or whether or not we were going to be best friends, but it worked out well. We've always had each others backs in good times (like I was his best man) and bad( that time he broke my favorite shot glass). With that being said, Sean he's always been the most caring person I know. I know I can always depend on him.

Jose Almeida

Groomsman

JosA and I met life guarding at Big Surf in highschool. Even though the summer job ended and we didn't go to the same high school, we just kept hanging out. He's definitely one of my best friends and I'm glad we always start right back from where we left off.

Jose Marin

Groomsman

When I moved to Mesa in 3rd grade Jose was one of my very first friends. We were always hanging out skateboarding or our snowboarding trips as adults. I still forgive him for almost taking out that 70 year old guy getting off the ski lift. But we always have great times together.

Ethan Jones

Groomsman

Ethan is another Big surf colleague that turned into a life long friend. Even though the summer job ended we kept in touch and even we're roommates multiple times Definitely the nerd of the group, but is one of the most kind and easy going people I've met.

Dennis Florian

Groomsman

I knew Dennis from Jr high PE and freshman football. But I would say our friendship really took off in welding class sophomore year. Even though he sold out and went to EVIT for welding, we still hung out often. Our friendship always start where we leave off and he's definitely always been someone I can consult with whenever.

Ryan Tucker

Groomsman

Ryan is one of my newer friends and Sean's brother in law. I'd only seen him here and there at first, but eventually spending time together became more frequent. We always had a good time whether it be country thunder, an event at his or Sean's house or me taking all his money at the poker table.

Chris Blau

Officiant

For all the days along the way
