Final payment for rooms is due 30 days prior to arrival. For transportation to and from the resort we highly recommend Lomas Travel. If you book directly through Lomas make sure you specify El Dorado Royale as there are other El Dorado properties in the area.
All of these come at different price points. When you leave the baggage area at Cancun airport you will be approached by many people offering transportation, timeshare sales, etc. Just politely ignore all such individuals and head for the exit door. Just outside the door you will find a Lomas representative dressed in their distinctive white pants, aqua shirts, and white tie. They will take you a short distance to the Lomas check-in area where they will take your name and confirm your destination. At this point you will wait there (usually 5-10 minutes) for the next available vehicle depending upon what you booked during the booking process. The resort is about a 25 minute ride from the airport.
