Wedding Info
On Saturday April 27 the wedding will take place at Xcaret at 7pm
Xcaret is located about 35 minutes south of the resort. There will be bus transportation provided but PLEASE do not arrive late to the meeting place by the hotel lobby no later than 5:00pm
The exact time that the bus will depart will be provided when you arrive at the hotel. Remember, it’s a large resort and if you are going to walk or rely on golf cart service to get to the front lobby you will have to plan accordingly. The main lobby has lots of nice comfortable sitting areas and there is an adjacent Martini Bar so don’t hesitate to arrive early and have a drink before the bus departs!
Buses will depart at the end of the wedding to take you back to El Dorado Royale.
There will be at least two departure times at least 1 hour apart in case you would like to leave just a bit earlier. Everyone is free to travel on either bus as there will be room for all.
