Are kids allowed?

Answer

Children are welcome at Friday night's welcome party, but not at Saturday's events. We love your kiddos, but other than nieces and nephews, the ceremony and reception are for the parents.

What’s this place like?

Answer

It’s awesome! And it’s very much in the mountains. Salida sits at an elevation of 7,000 feet. Weather can change fast, and in mid-September we could have anything from 85 degrees and bone dry to…snow. Check the forecast and bring the right stuff. Is there parking at the ceremony and reception site?

Answer

Yes. Parking is located just off the road and will be marked. Please park only in the designated area. It's a short walk from there to the wedding site. Separate transportation will be available down to the site for any guests who need it.

How early should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Allow a little extra time to park and make your way down to the ceremony site. It's a 10-minute walk down a dirt/rock driveway. The property will be ready for guests at 3:30pm. Don't be early. Don't be late. Arrive precisely when you mean to.
