How will I get to the venue?

Answer

Shuttle transportation is REQUIRED for admission onto the Flying Diamond Ranch property. Pick up will be at the Residence Inn on Pine Grove Rd at 4:45 PM. We recommend arriving to the hotel 15 minutes early. If you need to drive yourself to the hotel, parking will be available at the hotel and overflow parking will be at the Safeway next door.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the welcome party, we invite you to embrace your elevated western chic. Cowboy boots and hats encouraged! For the ceremony and reception, the attire is Black Tie Optional. Tuxes and gowns are welcomed, while suits and formal dresses are equally encouraged. Ladies we recommend bringing a shawl in case of chilly weather. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be in the grass so flats and block heels may allow you to be more comfortable.
