We have a room block through the hotel and our Welcome Party will be held here on Friday night. Note: If you receive an error when booking your reservation please call 970-477-8072 and let them know you are having trouble booking through the Schmidt room block.

Another hotel option where we have a room block secured. Please note, although this hotel is located in Vail, its not located in the village and you will need to take Vail's free shuttle to access the town.
Flight
Flights will be more reasonable if you fly into DEN. However, you will need to book transportation from the airport to Vail, which is typically around a 1 hour 50 minute drive. You can either rent a car or schedule a bus through the airport. If you don't mind the drive, then you'll love the beautiful trip through the mountains!

If you do not want to drive from Denver to Vail, you can fly directly into Vail's airport.
