Question

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Yes! We're asking our guests to dress up with us! We kindly request black tie attire to help make this a special and elegant evening. For ladies, we recommend bringing a shawl or pashmina to stay warm incase it gets colder later in the evening.

Question

What is the weather going to be like in Vail?

Answer

At the end of July, Vail, Colorado experiences mild and pleasant summer weather. The average daytime temperature is around 75 to 80 degrees. The night time lows can reach around 50 degrees. Visitors can expect mostly sunny skies with the possibility of afternoon storms, typical for the mountainous region.

Question

How will we get to and from the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We've reserved buses to make stops at each hotel to pick up and drop off guests for the wedding. Due to the mountainous driving conditions, we ask that guests do not drive to the wedding.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we adore your children, we appreciate your understanding as we've chosen to make our wedding events kid-free occasions.

Question

Is there Uber/Lyft in Vail?

Answer

Yes, there is Uber/Lyft in Vail but they are minimal. We recommend using Vail's free shuttles to get around the town.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we're only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on the formal invite and alongside your name when you RSVP.

Question

What about altitude sickness?

Answer

For some, the higher altitude might take some adjusting (aka altitude sickness). Our advice is to heavy up on your water intake a few days before and during your trip. Hydration along with some ibuprofen (if needed) should do the trick!
