We have booked hotel room blocks at the Holiday Inn Express for Thursday (07/16/2026) and Friday (07/17/2026). Room rates range from $139.00 to $199.00. Please note that you must call by the reservation deadline to make and guarantee your own reservation (e.g., 06/01/2026). Be sure to mention the group booking “Hood/Taylor Wedding” when calling to make your reservation. A shuttle to and from the wedding is provided to those who stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The cancellation policy for individual reservations is 48 hours prior to arrival. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. You can also stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites Cambridge, Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay, Days Inn or choose to stay at an Air BnB! If you book a Air BnB or hotel outside of our room block, please plan your travel and timing accordingly.
