Friday Check-In & Happy Hour Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM, though some rooms may be available earlier. In lieu of a rehearsal dinner, we will be gathering at LandShark Bar & Grill during happy hour from 4:00–6:00 PM. We would love the opportunity to visit with everyone before the festivities begin. After Happy Hour After happy hour, you're welcome to decide what you'd like to do! There are several on-site restaurants, bars, and other attractions to enjoy with your group. Whether you'd like to grab dinner, have drinks, or continue exploring the resort, there are plenty of options available.

Shuttle Service Please refer to the shuttle schedule for your pickup time. Shuttles will pick up guests near the valet entrance at the hotel. Return Shuttles Shuttles will begin returning guests to the hotel around 8:15 PM. Service will briefly pause at 10:40 for the couple's grand exit and then resume until all guests have been transported back to the hotel. ** You will get a Schedule upon check in and along with a picture via text message **

Once you arrive, the wedding planner will be there to provide additional directions and guidance. The wedding ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. The wedding party will stay behind for photos. Guests are invited to enjoy cocktail hour, and the couple will make their grand entrance around 6:45 PM. The hosted bar will include: Chardonnay, Cabernet, Michelob Ultra, Modelo, Margaritas, Water, tea, and soft drinks If you'd like a different beverage, a cash bar will also be available with additional options such as whiskey, vodka, and other spirits.
