Our Story - Gallery

The first picture Daniel and I took together! This was our 3rd date, where we walked to Power and Light District on an 85 degree night with 95% humidity. Talk about HOT!

It all started when Daniel and I met on the dating app, OkCupid. We matched on April 7th, 2019. Yes - I still have this email saved to my Gmail account!

The first wedding Daniel and I attended together. This was the weekend he got to meet my family for the first time and it is one of my FAVORITE pictures of us!

I was there to support Daniel as he graduated from the Kansas City Police Academy in January of 2020!

In October of 2021, several months after I moved in with Daniel, we adopted our first pet together. Our beloved boy, Gimli!

Daniel was there to support me as I graduated from NWMSU in December of 2021!

We bought our first home together on Jan 2nd, 2024!

The day we got the house, we excitedly went by to see it. At the front door, Daniel picked me up and carried me inside! Upon sitting me down, he got down on one knee, pulled out a ring, and proposed!

After moving into our house, we wanted Gimli to have a friend. We went to a cat cafe, where a cat laid in my lap and simply wouldn't leave it! So, of course, we had to take him! Meet our boy, Rommel!

It took a while for Gimli to warm up to Rommel, but after a few weeks they became the best of friends! They love to wrestle each other and take naps together.
