We have a room block at this hotel, the details are below as follows. The room block is for two night stays. There is a discount code to be made available in the future for those who wish to stay one night, these rooms are not included in the room block. Rooms are held under Evans Wedding Block for two night stays as follows: Arrival: 2025-06-20 Departure: 2025-06-22 Standard 2 Queen Room $229.00 per night Standard King Room $229.00 per night All rates are quoted in Canadian funds per room (single/double), per night. Check in 3pm, Check out 12pm. RESERVATION METHOD: Individual Call In – to be received by the Hotel by May 21 2025. Guests can call the hotel direct at 905-984-4200 or toll free at 1-866-777-9877 and mention the Group code given in order to reserve your room or Evans Wedding Block. Individual cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. The negotiated rate will be applied for each late cancelled reservation. One Night Accommodation: We will be receiving a code for guests to use for a 10% off should you wish to stay one night, this is to be received 3 months prior to the wedding, however they cannot guarantee room availability.
