Please RSVP by June 1, 2026. This helps us finalize everything with our vendors and create the best possible experience for you.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal black attire requested. We’d love to see our guests in elegant black looks to complement the romantic, neutral tones of the day. Think suits, tuxes, gowns, or cocktail dresses in black.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love children, our wedding will be an adult-focused celebration. If your children are included, their names will appear on your invitation. For those bringing little ones, we kindly ask that if your child becomes restless during the ceremony, you step out briefly so everyone can enjoy the moment.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! If your invitation includes a guest, it will be noted by name. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo so we can keep our celebration intimate.

When should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM to allow time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the celebration begins.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is on-site parking available at the venue. There will be signage to guide you to the designated parking areas upon arrival.

Is there a drop off zone for those in wheelchairs etc?

Answer

Absolutely; there will be a designated drop-off zone right at the entrance for guests using wheelchairs or needing mobility assistance. Signage will be posted to help direct you upon arrival.

Are the ceremony and reception indoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors, so no need to worry about the weather...we’ve got you covered!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We want all our guests to enjoy their meal! If you have any dietary needs or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll be sure to accommodate you.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

While it won’t be an open bar, there will be two staffed bars available where you can purchase drinks throughout the evening. We’ll have a great selection to keep the celebration flowing!

Are photos/videos allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during our ceremony. We’re choosing to have an unplugged moment so everyone can be fully present with us as we say "I do." Don’t worry..our photographers will capture it all!
