“I DO”

Colin knew he wanted the moment to be unforgettable; something thoughtful, personal, and a little adventurous (like us). So, in true Colin fashion, he got creative. He turned to a dad group on Facebook and posted a message asking if any dads lived in Colorado and might be willing to help with something special. One dad connected with him. With help secured, Colin planned the proposal during a trip to Colorado, we love to travel so it meant a lot that he did it during one of our many adventures. He picked the perfect spot (Bishop Castle), and with the hidden camera rolling thanks to his new dad-friend, he got down on one knee, said many sweet words and asked the question. As “Crash Into Me” by Dave Matthews Band (the first song we ever slow danced in our living room to) played in the background, he proposed. It was intimate, beautiful, and full of heart. And yes, there’s a video of the whole thing!! I have THE best man. 🤍
