Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The Ceremony & Reception are both being held outdoors on private, family property. The reception tables are being placed 6ft apart. Please feel free to wear a face covering if you wish. Hand sanitizer will be available.

What time is the shuttle departing for the wedding?

Answer

Shuttles will depart at 4:00 pm from The Wyndham Garden in Summerville. Travel time to Wappaoolah is around 30-40 minutes.

What time will the shuttle depart from the wedding to return to the Wyndham Garden?

Answer

Shuttle will run three loops. The First departure will be at 9:00 pm, the second departure at 10:15 pm & the final departure at 11:30 pm.

Do I have to ride the shuttle?

Answer

No, you can drive your own car if you wish. After you enter the gate follow the signs to the wedding & parking. Please drive to the main house & go to the side driveway. Valets will be there to park your car for you.

How long is the drive from Summerville & Downtown Charleston to Moncks Corner where the wedding & reception are taking place?

Answer

The drive time from Summerville is about 30 minutes & from Downtown Charleston it is about 45 minutes with “normal” traffic.

What are the directions to Wappaoolah?

Answer

FROM SUMMERVILLE- Take HWY 17-A towards MONCKS CORNER- Go through intersection of HWY 176 - turn RIGHT at next light onto CYPRESS GARDENS ROAD at the SUNOCO STATION. Go down & through the 1st light which is HWY 52 at the SPINX/EXXON/CHURCHS FRIED CHICKEN - Go over the railroad tracks & then through the stoplight. Go about 9/10 of a mile & take a LEFT at the WHITE FENCE. Wind through the woods staying on the main gravel/dirt road & follow the signs to the wedding & parking. FROM CHARLESTON- Take INTERSTATE I-26 towards COLUMBIA- Take EXIT HWY 52- GOOSE CREEK/MONCKS CORNER - go through Goose Creek, towards Moncks Corner - Take a RIGHT onto CYPRESS GARDENS ROAD, at the EXXON STATION/CHURCHS FRIED CHICKEN. Go over railroad tracks & then through the stoplight. Go about 9/10 of a mile & take a LEFT at the WHITE FENCE.
