When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Tuesday, April 1st on our wedding website under the RSVP tab.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The requested attire is Formal wear! We would love to see our family & friends dressed in their best garden party attire! For ladies we welcome fun colors, ruffles, and florals in a midi or floor length dress. For men a suit or tux is preferred.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have sent out invitations to our closest family and friends. Due the venue availability we can only accommodate those that are named on the invitation. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot with free parking at the venue.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors at the abbey at our venue Stone Mill Inn. Cocktail hour will be outside on the patio. The reception will be outside under the tent for a seated dinner and will be followed by dancing in the mill.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited venue availability we are only having children of close family that are above the age of 12 to enjoy the wedding festivities. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Transportation information as follows: - Pickup times from the hotel to arrive at the venue will be at 4:00 pm & 4:10 pm directly outside the hotel lobby. - Pickup times from the venue to arrive back to the hotel will be at 9:00 pm & 10:00 pm. Transportation provided will be a school bus. Please plan accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend that guests stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in York, PA. There will be a shuttle service to and from this hotel and the venue. For more information see the travel tab.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please make a note when you RSVP on the wedding website.
