Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1, 2022. Note: If you do not RSVP by this date, we cannot guarantee you a seat at the reception. We must pay for the exact number of guests in advance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Question

What if I can’t find my name on the RSVP list?

Answer

If you are certain your name should be on the in person guest list, please contact Madi or Michael. If you are not on the in person guest list, you can still participate by tuning into the live broadcast of the ceremony on September 18, 2022 @ 3:00 PM PST. Question

What if I’m not able to attend in person, but still want to watch my loved ones get married?

Answer

Our venue offers live broadcasting. Please tune in on September 18, 2022 @ 3:00 PM PST. Password: newcomb-urie https://www.littlechapel.com/our-wedding/1271400

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 2:45pm. The doors to the venue will close when the ceremony begins (at 3pm) and they will not reopen until after the ceremony. This is the venue's policy.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend booking a hotel somewhere on the Strip, close to the ceremony venue, or wherever you are most comfortable. You can stay a week, the weekend, or just for the night. Whatever your heart (or wallet) desires. We do not have a hotel block.

Question

What if I don’t want to pack a wedding gift while I travel?

Answer

While your presence is enough, we ask that you check out the Registry tab. This will provide you with links that will go to our Newlywed Fund or send gifts directly to our home.

Question

COVID Requirements

Answer

For the safety of yourself and the safety of others, please come vaxxed, waxed, and properly masked. We highly recommend this in general, but these mandates are also required by the venue and state of Nevada (as of Jan 2022). As we all know, we never know how these regulations can change over the next few months. Please review your airline, hotel, and the state of Nevada COVID regulations prior to traveling. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Question

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at the ceremony and reception venues, we are only inviting our closest friends and family. Only the person(s) listed on the invitation is/are invited. You are welcome to bring your plus one on a Vegas vacation, however.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as we would love our littles to attend our wedding, we will be having an adults only ceremony and reception (with the exception of the flower girls). You can absolutely bring them on a Vegas vacation, however.

Question

Are there vegetarian options at the reception?

Answer

There are some vegetarian side dishes, such as mashed potatoes, polenta, bread and caramelized plantains. However, the Brazilian restaurant we’ve chose serves primarily meat options.

Question

Will I be provided transportation?

Answer

You will need to find your own transportation to and from each location in Las Vegas. We recommend Uber, Lyft, or the public monorail. Lyft referral code: MADI36460
