Bus Pick Up Location

Our venue does not have any parking for guests who are not staying on the property. If you have chosen your own accommodations off-site you will need to arrive via bus/shuttle. We will have a shuttle running all evening beginning at 3:00 PM. The pick up location is on 400 Alisal Road, right in front of Hotel Corque. If you are not staying at Hotel Corque, you can park on any of the streets next to the pick up spot. We will have 2 shuttles going back and forth to the reception concluding at 5:00. The shuttle will then be available all evening should you need to leave early or at the end of the night when you are heading home. From 9:00pm-12:00am the bus will be doing loops approximately every 30 minutes. The final shuttle will leave at 12:00 AM promptly. If you are looking for a ride that is after the bus service has concluded at midnight please use Uber//Lyft, or the local taxi company, 805 Taxi Company at (805) 325-3787 Should you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to our wedding planner, Coastal Rose Events at 805-708-6547 if you have any trouble getting on or finding the bus.

We have a room block here at the Alisal, which is also where our recpetion will be taking place! To book please call the reservations department at 877.547.2818 and reference the Will/Villa Wedding Celebration. This stay includes: Daily breakfast for two in the Ranch Room| Fitness center use | In-room wireless Internet access | In-room coffee, tea, and bottled water | Turndown service and arrival amenity | Complimentary self-parking Please note: This is the only way that you will be able to drive yourself to the reception. All guests staying off site will need to take the shuttles.

SBA is the closest airport to Solvang. It is a 45 min drive up the coast to get into town.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

If you want to fly into LAX, please note that it is about a 2hr and 15min drive up the coast! It's a beautiful drive, but we do want you to know that it is quite a ways north. If you are not renting a car, you can take the Santa Barbara Airbus from LAX to Santa Barbara but then will likely need to rent a car from Santa Barbara to Solvang.

Also an LA based airport but much smaller than LAX and easier to navigate. It is about an hour and forty minute drive from the airport to Solvang!
