Bus Schedule to Alisal Ranch for Guests Not Staying at the Ranch

Answer

Our venue does not have any parking for guests who are not staying on the property. If you have chosen your own accommodations off-site you will need to arrive via bus/shuttle. We will have a shuttle running all evening beginning at 3:00 PM. The pick up location is on 400 Alisal Road, right in front of Hotel Corque. If you are not staying at Hotel Corque, you can park on any of the streets next to the pick up spot. We will have 2 shuttles going back and forth to the reception concluding at 5:00. The shuttle will then be available all evening should you need to leave early or at the end of the night when you are heading home. From 9:00pm-12:00am the bus will be doing loops approximately every 30 minutes. The final shuttle will leave at 12:00 AM promptly. If you are looking for a ride that is after the bus service has concluded at midnight please use Uber//Lyft, or the local taxi company, 805 Taxi Company at (805) 325-3787 Should you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to our wedding planner, Coastal Rose Events at 805-708-6547 if you have any trouble getting on or finding the bus.

If you are wanting to enjoy the fun that Solvang and Santa Ynez offer for late nights and want to be able to get there and back safely, please use Uber/Lyft or you can call our local taxi company, 805 Taxi Company at (805) 325-3787.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have a very limited capacity at our venue and need to adhere strictly to the guest list. Please RSVP for only the guests listed on your invitations.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We love your little ones and invite them to join us at the ceremony! Unfortunately our reception has a strict capacity and so we are asking that only adults join us for the reception. Thanks for understanding!
