In August we ventured down to Westcliffe, CO to visit Madi’s grandparents. The weekend was full of hiking, fishing, reading, and relaxing! It was a good detox before our senior year started.

We visited Lagoon Theme Park in July with the Novak family! We both rode enough rides to last us a lifetime, and even had to take an hour nap in the grass before finishing the day off with ice cream!

We got engaged on May 24th, 2019 at the spot we started dating over 2.5 years ago!

We travelled to Yellowstone National Park during President’s Day Weekend in 2018 with the Novak family! The weekend was spent snowmobiling and sightseeing (and Madi froze the entire trip)!

We tagged along with the Novak parents on a backpacking trip up the in Sawtooth Mountains during the summer of 2017! This was Madi’s first backpacking trip ever.
