Arriving at the Venue
If you are driving to the venue, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. If you are there by 2:30pm, that will allow time to park and get a ride to the ceremony site. If you arrive closer to 2:45pm, there is late, emergency parking on the left side of the road just past the ceremony site. Right before 3pm, the gate to the venue will be locked and no one will be able to enter until after the ceremony is finished.

Shuttle
Shuttle Service

There will be 3 shuttle rides that go from the Ho-Chunk Casino Hotel to the venue before the ceremony. The shuttle can hold 26 people and there will be sign-up sheets when you get to the hotel (but not necessary). The shuttle will leave for the venue at approximately 1:00pm, 1:30pm, and 2:05pm. That same shuttle will start again after dinner and can take guests back to the Ho-Chunk Casino Hotel starting at 7:00pm and running about every hour, on the hour. If you decide not to take the shuttle to the venue, you can leave your vehicle at the venue overnight and take the shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the night. We ask that you please have your vehicle picked up by 10am the next day (June 30th).
