Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people who are named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited. If your invitation is made out to "Mr. & Mrs." only you and your significant other have been invited.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. We ask that our guests dress in summer semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please no jeans or shorts. Bonus points if you wear floral!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

During our ceremony, we ask that guests put away phones and any other devices. Please silence or turn off your phone so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want! Please share these with us!

Where should I stay the night of the wedding?

Answer

Please click on "travel" on the main menu option and you will see a hotel block we have available for our guests. There are also other hotels in Black River Falls to choose from.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception are held at the venue, Burlap and Bells in Black River Falls, WI.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins promptly at 3:00pm, so we recommend you aim to arrive by 2:30pm at the latest. The parking lot and ceremony site are not at the same spot. You will either have to walk to the ceremony site, or take the wagon ride there. The ceremony site and reception site are about a third of a mile apart, so please plan accordingly.
