Question

Guests & RSVP

Answer

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. Please respond on our website by May 1st, 2025. We will only be able to accommodate the group size of those listed on your guest list. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience. As you RSVP, type in your first or last name to select and view your guest list. Please reply "Will Attend" or "Not Attend" for each person invited in your group, including children. We understand that weddings can be a great opportunity for a parents' night out, so if you'd prefer to leave the little ones at home, we completely understand!

Question

Location

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held in our very own backyard, affectionately nicknamed "Clementine's Grove" after our cat. You won't find "Clementine's Grove" on the Maps, but you can find our home by searching for our address: 360 W 400 N Salt Lake City, Utah 84103 We're located down a long driveway on 400 N, between 300 W and 400 W. Heads up: If you map to the address, you may be directed to pull down the long driveway. Please don't pull down this driveway, as this is the walkway to the event and there is no parking available.

Question

Parking

Answer

We encourage ride-sharing or carpooling to make things easier for everyone! If driving, free street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. The closest parking is along 400 West between 300 North and 500 North. Parking from here will be a 2-5 minute walk to the event. If you map to the address, you may be directed to pull down a long driveway. Please don't pull down this driveway, as this is the walkway to the event and there is no parking available. Guests with mobility concerns can pull down the driveway to be dropped off or picked up, but please park on the street afterward. Please allow extra time for parking, as it may be limited, especially during peak hours.

Question

Attire

Answer

Think "tropical festive semi-formal"! We're going for a vibrant tiki theme, so feel free to have fun with it! Floral patterns, tropical prints, or bright colors are all encouraged. Hawaiian shirts, sundresses, jumpsuits, linen pants... you get the idea! Ladies, consider that heels might sink into the grass.

Question

Ceremony

Answer

While our wedding ceremony will be an intimate gathering with our closest family and friends, we can't wait to celebrate with everyone at the reception!

Question

Reception

Answer

Our reception will be an open house-style celebration, starting at 5:00 PM. Cocktail hour with light hors d'oeuvres will be available until 5:30 PM. Afterwards, please enjoy our selection of Filipino food, drinks, music, and activities. Out of respect for our neighbors in this residential area, the reception will end promptly at 9:00 PM.

Question

Dinner & Drinks

Answer

Dinner will be available buffet-style between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM, featuring delicious Filipino cuisine. We're working hard to accommodate everyone, but please note that there will be limited options for our gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan guests. If you have specific allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate you. We'll have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available to celebrate the occasion! We're saving up for that honeymoon, so we appreciate you enjoying the provided selections responsibly.

Question

Bertie the Peacock

Answer

You might see a special guest at our wedding: Bertie! He's a wild peacock who has chosen our property as his home, and we consider him part of the family. We kindly ask that Bertie is treated with respect. He is friendly and enjoys gentle conversation, but he does not like to be touched or approached aggressively. Peacocks forage for food on the ground, so please don't offer him any food. If he makes an appearance at the party, please allow him to wander through freely.

Question

Restrooms

Answer

Our house has one restroom available for guests. This restroom is accessible for those with mobility concerns. Madie's brother, Harrison, lives in a house on the same property and has generously offered the use of two additional restrooms in his home if needed.

Question

After-Party

Answer

For those who want to keep the celebration going, we'll be heading to a local 21+ establishment afterward. Anyone is welcome to join us! More details to come...
