Room Rate: ~$600 per night and up The bride and groom’s families have chosen to stay at Harvest Inn. This is also the location of the welcome dinner on Friday, June 25th. We encourage anyone who wishes to stay here to do so for two nights. Harvest Inn is a rustic hotel on 8 acres of property with vineyard and mountain views throughout the grounds. The hotel has a full bar and restaurant, two pools (one for adults only), a spa, bocce court, and more. Harvest Inn is a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk from V. Sattui Winery (0.5 miles). Rooms are first-come-first-serve. For a 15% discount on room rates, enter the following code at checkout: HIWEDDING Transportation will be available to and from Harvest Inn and V. Sattui on the wedding day. The shuttle bus will pick up guests at 5:50pm sharp and take them to V. Sattui. The bus will depart after the conclusion of the wedding at approximately 11pm. Please do not walk back from the wedding.

Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa
Room Rate: ~$400 per night and up Located closer to the Bay Area and roughly 20 minutes driving from V. Sattui, the Marriott is another great option. The hotel features a pool, spa, bar + restaurant, and an outdoor courtyard area. The Marriott is the second hotel for which we have arranged pre- and post-wedding transportation. Before the wedding, the bus will depart from the Marriott at 5:30pm sharp. After the wedding, the shuttle bus will take guests back to the Marriott after making a stop at Harvest Inn. *Chase and American Express credit card users can often redeem points for Marriott credits.

We have arranged for a shuttle bus to transport guests between V. Sattui and both Harvest Inn and the Napa Valley Marriott. Pre-wedding pick-up times: Napa Valley Marriott: 5:30 pm Harvest Inn: 5:50 pm The same bus will be available for transportation back to the same hotels immediately after the wedding. The bus will depart V. Sattui at approximately 11:00 pm. *Please keep in mind that if you stay somewhere other than Harvest Inn or the Marriott, you will be responsible for arranging your own pre- and post-wedding transportation. We recommend either reserving a car service or scheduling a rideshare app in advance, as last-minute rides will be very limited after the wedding. We also strongly encourage anyone driving to the welcome dinner or the wedding to assign a designated driver.
