Saturday, June 29. This ensures that we can give an accurate head count to our vendors to ensure y'all have the best time! Any RSVPs not returned by this date will be counted as a no for the entire party. You will be missed!
Because this is a ranch wedding, our dress code is casual/rustic. All we ask is that ladies to not wear white (obviously!!) or green because the bridal party is wearing shades of green. I would advise against stiletto heeled shoes, not due to dress code, but due to the ceremony and reception being outside in a hay field. The wedding colors are neutrals and some shades of pink, in case you wanted to match/not clash with the wedding colors.
Yes! We are registered on Amazon. Here is the link! https://www.amazon.com/wedding/registry/3OM0A5X4W40DM We also would appreciate cash gifts if you do not want to look through the registry! We are grateful for your presence! For cash gifts: checks, cash, or venmo the bride at madi-smalley! Thank you!
The ceremony begins at 5 pm. To ensure that you do not miss or interrupt the ceremony, we please ask that you arrive no later than 4:40.
Please silence your phones and put them away during the ceremony! We picked an amazing photographer who will capture this precious moment for us. We want you to be unplugged and present for our ceremony! Leave the camera work to our wonderful woman.
Plus ones are already factored into your RSVPs. The number of people allotted on your RSVP is the number of people that you can bring with you to our special day! Please do not attempt to change the number allotted on your RSVP. The number of people invited in your party is specific to the venue, number of people we could have, and ensures that everyone can celebrate with us!
In concurrence with the date question, we have already allocated RSVPs and seats for children, and if your children are not on the RSVP, take the night off and enjoy yourselves! We are so happy for you to celebrate with us.
Yes! Signs on the street will direct guests to the parking lot of the venue. The parking lot is on site and is a very short walk to the ceremony and reception area. If you have trouble walking, or simply do not want to, there is a 6 person Ranger that will drive guests to and from the venue.
No there is not. We hope this is not too much of an inconvenience. There are a few taxis, Uber, or Lyft options, but due to this being a small town, those options can sometimes be very limited, so please plan accordingly.
There will be an open bar. We will have limited amounts of a bride-featured cocktail and a groom-featured cocktail. If those don't suit your fancy, or run out throughout the night, please enjoy beer, wine, and seltzers at the Waterloo Hole on site.
