What do I wear?

Answer

Business casual attire is required. No blue jeans allowed.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will pay for drinks the first two hours of the reception and for the remainder it will be self-pay.

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has an on-site restaurant that will cater the wedding.

Indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is outdoors by the lake while our reception is indoors.

COVID restrictions?

Answer

If you have a fever, flu like symptoms or have tested positive for COVID within a week of our wedding please do not attend. Thank you for understanding. Masks are optional.

Can I take and post photos of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! We’d love for you to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony as during that time we’d like it to be unplugged and just let our photographer work her magic. For the reception take as many as you’d like! We’d love to see all the pictures you take so when posting please use our hashtag #MadForMcCandless!

Are kids allowed?

Unfortunately, we are doing an adult only wedding. Daniel has three siblings under the age of 13 who will be apart of the wedding other than that no kids will be attending. We want you to have a night out to enjoy. Thank you for understanding.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 3rd, 2022 as we will need to know how much food to purchase in advance.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We are having a family only ceremony. We wanted it to be intimate and shared with our closest family. The reception is where we wanted to celebrate our day with everyone! Your invitation will specify which event you are invited to. Please look carefully. When RSVP-ing you will also be able to see which part you’re attending as well.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have already added in everyone’s plus one that we knew of. But if you are recently dating someone please reach out and we will add them to our list so they can come with you!
