Question

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

There are 3 shuttles to transport guests to and from the wedding. Shuttles will pick up from Limelight, Hotel Ketchum and Sun Valley Lodge at 4:20pm and 4:35pm. Please ensure you are there before the departure time. There is limited parking available at the venue for those that need to drive. We are allowed to leave cars in the parking lot overnight, but they need to be picked up the next morning. **Limelight Hotel pickup is on Washington Avenue, just off the patio located on the backside of the hotel. Hotel Ketchum pick up is located on 6th Street, right outside the office doors. Sun Valley Lodge pickup is directly in front of the Lodge.**

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass so be mindful when selecting shoes.

Answer

We love your children, but we are hosting a child free wedding. If you are in need of a babysitter on the night of the wedding, Sun Valley Super Sitters offers wonderful help.
