We’re so excited to celebrate with you! To help make the day as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we’ve put together answers to a few commonly asked questions below.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are welcome to begin arriving at 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so please plan to be seated before then.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be adults-only unless your child is specifically named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! Alcohol will be available for purchase at the bar throughout the evening. We look forward to raising a glass and celebrating together!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. Think cocktail attire or dressy outfits—suits, button-downs, dresses, skirts, or dressy jumpsuits are all great options.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is on‑site parking available at Pine Hills, so you can drive up and park in the lot near the clubhouse when you arrive. Guests are able to park there during the ceremony and reception. We’ll have dedicated attendants providing golf cart transportation to shuttle guests comfortably to the ceremony site if needed.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Pine Hills. The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be in their new open pavilion, giving it a lovely indoor/outdoor feel! It features a wood-burning fireplace and we will have blankets if it gets chilly.
