We're Getting Married!

On Saturday, June 8th, 2024, we finally found each other. Two mutual friends had a feeling we’d be a perfect match — and, after a little convincing, Maddy finally agreed to meet Bailey. Our first night together was full of laughter and unexpected turns. We planned to go to Outback Steakhouse, but a wrong exit sent Bailey to Peoria instead of Bloomington. That happy accident led us to Texas Roadhouse instead — and as it turns out, Maddy actually preferred it! Dinner was followed by ice cream (because, of course), making it the perfect first date. Before Bailey arrived that evening, Maddy played the song “I Trust In God” and took a quiet moment to worship and pray over this new possibility. She asked God for His guidance, wanting this relationship — if it was meant to be — to come from Him. What she didn’t know at the time was that Bailey had been praying the same prayer. When the night ended, Maddy called her sister and said, “I think I just met my husband.” Since that moment, our love has only grown deeper, stronger, and more rooted in God’s plan. Now, as we prepare to start our forever, we can’t wait to celebrate this journey with all of you — the people who’ve supported us, cheered for us, and witnessed the beautiful blessing that we’ve become in each other’s lives.
