Please RSVP no later than September 1st.
We have a registry but it's slightly different then the gift lists you may have seen at other weddings. Our registry is a "New Home Fund" located in the registry section of our website.
Cocktail attire. Our wedding party will be dressed in black so feel free to use our wedding colors as inspiration! Colors include: Dusty blue, forest green, and sand. When in doubt we suggest sticking to traditional neutrals (minus white).
While we can't predict the weather, October in Portland is typically a beautiful time. We recommend bringing a light weight jacket in case of a drizzle.
We have a room block at Kennedy School which you can find more information on in the "Travel" section of our wedding website.
This venue is mostly street parking. While it's typically easy to find a spot, we recommend walking, carpooling, or ordering a ride to get between your accommodations and the venue.
Due to the limited size of our venue, we ask that only invited guests attend. If your child was not included on your invite we kindly ask you make other arrangements for them.
The entire event will take place at Kennedy School, located in the Cully Neighborhood of Northeast Portland.
We ask that all guests arrive no later than 4:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:15pm so please make sure you arrive with enough time to park, find the ceremony space, and get settled.
(Ceremony): We ask that the first two rows of each side be reserved for immediate family. Beyond that, feel free to pick whichever seat you'd like. (Reception): We will be assigning seats for this portion of the evening. Assignments will be listed on-site.
While we'd love to party all night, our venue closes at 10pm.
Yes! We will have a semi-open bar. A limited quantity of drinks will be provided to guests then after that quantity is met, the bar will change to a cash bar.
We have hired an amazing photographer to capture our special day. You can find her work in the gallery section of our website. We will be enforcing a no-phone policy during the ceremony to ensure a distraction free environment. After the ceremony, feel free to use your phone to document the evening, while being mindful of the photographer and any special shots she may be trying to capture.
Please reach out to Madeline or Joey with any wedding questions. If you're reading this the week of the wedding, we recommend seeing if another guest can help answer your question since we may delayed in our response during that time.
