We’ve reserved a block of nine chalets for our wedding weekend. They can be booked using our special booking link below or by calling the number provided. This accommodation is recommended for groups. The room block will be held until June 1, 2026, so if you plan to stay here, please make sure to book before that date to secure your spot.

This is a great option if you’d like to stay near the venue. While we don’t have a room block, you can book directly through their website or by calling the hotel. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred room and dates.

The Lodge at Poncha Springs

Conveniently located just five minutes from the venue, we’ve reserved the entire lodge (14 units) for our wedding weekend. To book, please call Dawn, the owner, at 719-539-6085 and mention the Shaw/Scanlan wedding.

Flight Information

Colorado has two major airports, Denver International Airport and Colorado Springs Airport. Denver is about 3 hours from the venue, while Colorado Springs is approximately 2 hours. Renting a car is recommended.
