FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but due to the nature of the property grounds children under 18 are unable to attend. For our out of state guests traveling with children, please contact Madeline ASAP if you’d like her to connect you with local babysitters. Children are welcome to attend the welcome cocktail event on Friday the fourth.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those formally listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We encourage guests to RSVP as early as possible so we can plan accordingly and ensure everyone has access to nearby lodging. Final RSVPs are requested by July 25th, 2026.

Question

What if I don’t RSVP on time?

Answer

In order to get a final headcount to our vendors, we kindly ask that you RSVP by the deadline. If we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline (July 25th), we will assume you are not able to attend & we will miss you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time at 4:00PM to ensure you have enough time to sign our guestbook, use the restroom, and walk to the ceremony location.

Question

Will there be vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be offering vegan and gluten-free dinner options to accommodate dietary needs. If you have a specific allergy or concern, feel free to let us know when you RSVP — we’ll do our best to make sure you’re taken care of.

Question

How do I arrange transportation to the venue?

Answer

Our wedding venue is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Downtown Salida. We'll be arranging a drop-off service for guests, with complete details to be shared as the wedding date approaches. Additionally, you are able to leave a car at the venue overnight.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Check out the Schedule tab for our dress code. For the ceremony and reception, we would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! The dress code is semi formal. We suggest suits, gowns and cocktail dresses. Please avoid jeans or overly casual outfits. Semi casual footwear is encouraged since the night will be filled with walking and dancing. We highly recommend avoiding tall heels.

Question

What’s the vibe for the welcome cocktail event?

Answer

This is a relaxed, come-as-you-are evening. Stop by the ranch for as long as you’d like. We just want to kick off the weekend by spending time with the people we love! Jeans, a sundress, a cozy sweater… whatever feels like you. We can’t wait to see you!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please check out our Travel tab on our website for discounted rates at nearby bookings. If none of the listed options suit you, please feel free to research nearby accommodations. Please note that ride share and taxi services are not abundant and we recommend staying close to the venue.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We ask that you kindly refrain from any photos or cell phones during the ceremony. After that we highly encourage everyone to take as many photos as you would like!

Question

Do you have a registry? Where should I send gifts?

Answer

We do have a registry, which you can find under the Registry tab! Since we'll be traveling after the wedding, we kindly ask that gifts and cards not be brought to the venue. Instead, please ship any gifts directly to our home. Our shipping address is available through our registry. Thank you so much for your generosity and thoughtfulness!
