By when should I RSVP?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is October 11, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

How Do I RSVP For The Wedding?

You may use the physical RSVP card in our wedding invitation suite and mail it back to us, or the RSVP form on this website.

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

Dress to impress! Our wedding is black-tie optional, so feel free to wear your best outfit and be prepared to celebrate with us!

Is The Wedding Outside?

Answer

No, but November in upstate New York can be chilly. Guests will have to take a very short walk on a paved walkway between the main building and the Event Barn.

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed within the subject line of the Save the Date and Wedding Invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.

Are Children Welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of Beckham who is a part of the wedding party.

Can I Take Photos During the Ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want everyone to be present with us during this special moment. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like. Don't forget to use our hashtag #HappilyEvartsAfter

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar all evening! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

Is There an After Party?

Answer

Yes! If you would like to continue our celebration with us, there will be an after party at the Sand Bar located on The Lake House on Canandaigua's property. The after party bar is a cash bar.
