The man, the myth, the legend. If Matt’s life was a rendition of the Last Dance, Nick would be the Scotty Pippin to his Michael Jordan. Best friends since the womb and all the way to the tomb. Nick is kind, loyal, and extremely hard working. On top of being the best man, Nick is also the most eligible bachelor of the wedding party.
Jeromie Hill

Jerome as they say. Jeromie is a friendly giant. You will catch him on the weekends sipping on a 2016 red from Bordeaux either spewing out puns like he is a computer generator for dad jokes or staying true to his Australian roots by mildly offending everyone in his presence. Jeromie is an amazing husband to Madeline Hill and a fantastic brother-in-law to the Weaver boys. Talk about a big pick up... Jeromie has been such a great addition to the Weaver clan. Jeromie is hard working, hilarious, and thoughtful and we would want nothing more in this world than to celebrate with him during this season.
Ryan Snyder
Groomsman
Ryan Snyder. Ry Sny. Tailgate hero. The fourth Marr sister. Ryan is a recent pickup of the Marr clan and highly sought after talent. Ryan is now married to Claire Snyder thus, setting in stone the greatest Cinderella story since Butler made it to the national Championship game in 2010. Ryan is genuine, selfless, and compassionate. This deadly combination makes for a great future brother-in-law.
Colby Arps

Often referred to as Brother Arps, but most people just call him Edward. After a failed rapping career, Edward landed a gig working in the children’s ministry at a church in Dallas under his now amazing girlfriend, Martha Kate. Colby is just the kind of guy that you want in your corner. He is supportive, challenging, and wildly encouraging. Matt and Colby have been on many adventures together and you will probably catch them laughing erroneously at something most people would find mildly comical. Colby has played a pivotal roll in Maddie and Matt’s relationship by persistently speaking wisdom and love into Matt’s life and watching it all play out from the beginning.
Michael Landingham

Landers!! Michael is married to the stunning Rachael Landingham and they have had some great recent additions to their family in the form of a little boy named “Trip” and a perfectly coupled Great Dane puppy. Matt met Mike on a bus on campus at UNT which later blossomed into a flourishing relationship which inevitably brought them both so much closer to the Lord. Matt and Mike shared a sweet season living together in college before Michael married Rachael. Michael also introduced Matt to Ethan and Colby who are also best friends and represented in the bridal party. Michael is goofy, faithful, and a serious force to be reckoned with.
Ethan Wright

Thankfully Ethan met his lovely wife Dinah before Maddie ever heard him sing. With the voice of ten thousand angels, he would have swooned her in a heartbeat and this day would have never been possible so cheers to Dinah for scooping him up. Ethan met Matt in college at UNT and they quickly became best friends serving alongside one another in the college ministry at church. Ethan is wildly gifted with music, he’s bold, and very intelligent.
Parker Metcalf

One of the funniest humans you will ever meet. Parker is a great friend from Denton, Texas. Parker and Matt met through another groomsman, Kade Barnett, and quickly became best friends as they spent countless hours together drinking coffee and going on ski trips. Parker is gifted in many ways, if his handsome looks don’t win you over, his humor and intellect will. Parker is loving, hilarious, and supportive and is always a blast to be around. If you are looking for an ice breaker, ask him if he has recently had any medical emergencies on an airplane, you won’t regret it.
Kade Barnett
Groomsman
You will know Kade when you see him. He sticks out in the crowd with his tall stature, but his physical presence is just the cherry on top. Kade is meek and tender and recently betrothed to his lovely wife, Grace. Kade and Matt met at UNT in a physics night class where they discover they were both aspiring chiropractors so they had to become best friends. Kade is creative, smart, and kind and definitely someone you want to know.
Austin Mann

If it wasn’t for Austin’s wife, Shelby, there wouldn’t be many great things to say about Austin.... FALSE. Although, his wife is amazing and they are a fierce duo, Austin definitely carries his own. Austin is from Denton, but him and Matt didn’t become close until Matt spent a few months living in Colorado which kindled a great friendship. Taco Tuesdays turned into a thriving relationship where hospitality and selfless love was constantly on display. If you can’t spot Austin by his tattoos in a crowd then you will definitely know who he is by his joyful, bursting laughter that echoes in any setting. Austin is honest, servant hearted, and adventurous.
Dalton Currin

Dalton has a mustache for the ages. Matt and Dalton met at UNT in a climbing gym and have become best friends since. They shared a love for coffee, stimulating conversations, and the great outdoors. From backpacking trips to great conversations over a cup of joe, Dalton never fails to deliver a good time. Dalton is empathetic, sincere, and a riot to be around.
Jake Johnson

Hailing from Krum, Texas and weighing in at 160 lbs soaking wet is Jake Johnson. Accompanied by his wonderful new bride, Amy, Jake leads and lives out the gospel like no one you have met before. Jake and Matt met in the college ministry they served in during their time at school and grew over the years through ski trips and lots of phone calls. You will know Jake by his contagious smile and positive attitude. Jake is humble, attentive, and excellent at spike ball.
Lucas Webster

Matt moved in with Lucas whenever he moved to Portland about a year ago. The two bonded over running and getting outside. If you can keep up with Luke, he is a heck of a time to be around. Without Lucas, Matt would have been crumbled by his first Portland winter. Luke is hilarious and carries a contagious energy that demands the people around him to jump in with both feet. Luke is fearless, tenacious, and leads well by example. Talk about someone you want to spend time around... he is the guy.

Clairebear is the little sister that outshines me in just about every way possible, and I couldn’t be more proud. We have been roommates longer than we haven’t, and have gone through every crazy bit of life together possible. She’s my go to, my best friend, and someone who brings the fun wherever she goes. I want to be just like her so much so, that I’m getting married just three weeks after her!

E is the baby sister that is cooler and funnier than I could ever hope to be. Even though she’s six years younger, all my friends want to hangout with her. She’s a steady presence that shows up for her people in incredible ways. She’s also taller and stronger than me but I’m not bitter or anything.

I’ve got big shoes to fill with the honor of taking Maddy’s former name! She is creative, smart, fun, adventurous, kind, and hardworking. I’m so incredibly thankful to gain her as a sister and beyond excited to invite myself and tag along on some of her future travels.

Sweet Macy has been and will always be a forever friend. We met in middle school and were attached at the hip. It has been such a sweet gift to walk through life together with someone who I look up to in so many ways. She is wise, talented, funny, and has shown me grace and love like it’s her job.

When I first met Jay during high school volleyball I was scared of her. But it didn’t take long until we were getting in trouble for messing around too much during practice. She is hilarious, constant, one of a kind, and someone I can always count on to show up for anything. The memories we have are some of the most fun times in my life. Hopefully one day we won’t live across the country from each other so we can continue the shenanigans on repeat.

GIBBY! There was a couple years there where I don’t think we spent more than an hour apart from each other. We literally did everything together - school, volleyball, ministry, and church.
