Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue by 4:30 PM for pre-ceremony drinks and mingling. The ceremony will start at 4:45 PM.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We request that you RSVP by March 8th, 2024. This ensures us that we get a proper guest count for our vendors. You can RSVP online by clicking the tab at the top of this page.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Cocktail We would love to see our friends and family dressed up for this special event in colorful attire, think "elevated garden party". Wear whatever color you would like but please do not wear colors typically reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory, etc.). The wedding is being held in a backyard and most of the time will be spent on grass, so be mindful of the shoes you choose to wear.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation and under your name as {Guest} when you RSVP online. We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, our wedding is an adult-only event. We hope this gives you ample time to find accommodations for your kids so you can celebrate our wedding day with us. Other events happening during the weekend are kid-friendly. For our out-of-town guests traveling with kids, please contact Lori Messer for additional details.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are being held in a residential neighborhood, so we request that you carpool with a designated driver, or take an Uber/Lyft to minimize parking and street disturbance to the surrounding neighbors. If you drive, please be mindful of parking on the street and do not block driveways.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, for those who have expressed an interest, our wedding registry can be found at the top of this page or a contribution towards our honeymoon would be most appreciated.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Due to lack of interest, we do not have a reserved block of rooms at a hotel. In Tempe, we would recommend staying at either Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix/University or Hyatt House Tempe/Phoenix/University (both right by A Mountain). In Scottsdale, we recommend Hyatt Place Scottsdale/Old Town or Hyatt House Scottsdale/Old Town.
